Hi all.
I've finally managed to squeeze time out of my business to run some SEO case studies. I've been reading up a lot on ranking parasites in 2018 and I wanna try out what I've read.
In this case study, I'll be ranking some low competition kws for a local search term, which is able to nett me $100 per sale. Each month I'm getting 2-3 sale from these keywords by ranking #1 for the keywords, but I wana push my competition into the lower part of page 1 and hopefully page 2. I'm not negative SEOing them to get them there. I'm just ranking parasites to take over their positions.
Is it worth it to rank for such low competition keywords that have such low volume?
I can't tell for sure now if it is worth it, but if I am able to close 1 more sale per month, that's $100 per month additional profit!
This are the current rankings of my Parasites -
Parasite #1(newly created today, not indexed on Google)

Parasite #2(newly created today, fb page with exact match terms as page name, not indexed on Google)

Parasite #3(youtube video, uploaded the video about 1 year back, 500 views, no likes/dislikes, no comments)

Parasite #4(wordpress, 1 year old, 1 article, 400words)

For this case study, I will want to use BHW services as I dont have access to link building tools. I aim to keep the costs low since my money has other commitments.
To start off my link building process, I've bought a $9 package on BST that contains 500 t1 contextual and 5k t2s. I'll update this thread in the weeks to come. Meanwhile, I also want to keep track of the costs involved and the link buidling strategy in ranking these 4 parasites. I also want to check the effectiveness of an aged property vs a newly created property and its "rankability", although I understand there is no basis for comparisons as all 4 properties are across different domains.
Total costs thus far -
$9 for 500 t1 contextuals and 5k t2
