That's a very valid question buddy. I know some clients who got 5. The reason we say 3-10 is because, sometimes, some outreach campaigns bring very good results (specially in niches like Pet, hobby and similar ones). Sometimes, it is exactly the opposite. We say 3 minimum so that we can give our clients a refund guarantee.

We have clients who got 5-6 links/month and we also have clients who got 2 and we refunded them. As this is white hat, it is very tough for us to guarantee a certain number of links
