Unmanaged VPS accounts do not have cPanel/WHM. Managed VPS accounts do have WHM/cPanel. Softaculous costs $1/month as they have their own licenses. Any reason you need a VPS over shared?

The only reason I prefer VPS over shared is that I've had bad experiences with many hosting companies and their shared servers (ultra slow servers and frequently down -> 500 error).
If your shared servers are great and free upgrade is still available I'll buy monday.

I'd go with Shared hosting, we have outstanding downtime and load time. You can run into the same issue with VPS honestly, you can put a LOT of VPS' on a dedicated server and run the resources through the roof with it as well. Shared hosting should be where you land, that is where you should get the most value.

Hi, we can move the WordPress website to cPanel Linux, but we can't move all of your settings for the actual account such as email. You'll have to recreate those. But the website we can move 100% .
