There are no guarantees it will not be blacklisted by instagram, we don't own instagram so have no idea. It all depends on you and how you work with your accounts.

It's in your welcome email, which might have been in SPAM. If it's a shared account it will be:
ns1.stressfreehost.com
ns2.stressfreehost.com

VPS' will have private nameservers that you'll setup.

cPanel is not included in any of the dedicated servers or VPS price. cPanel charges a licenses fee that we cannot control so we do not price with that option. Managed plans include WHM in the price. HOLIDAY will give you 25% off any dedicated servers, we do not offer any yearly plans on these.
