Percipience's SMM Panel Education - The Truth
Introduction
I've been noticing that a lot of you guys are clueless as to how to start, run, and promote a SMM panel. This thread should be more of what you should expect from running your own SMM Panel, is not all fun and games(and profit).
SMM Panels are like Drug Dealers
Drug dealers and SMM Panels have a lot of similarities you might not have thought about. Now, when I'm talking about drug dealers I'm referring to the small drug pusher, not the drug trafficker kind. The drug dealers that are at the bottom, or semi bottom, of the drug game.
These drug dealers take upfront a lot of risk for such a small reward, they can get incarcerated for years, a lot of the times decades , or even get executed depending on the country's law they were operating on when they got caught
Most small time drug dealers are like small stores selling various amounts of drugs , sometimes from different providers, in other words, they sell what the users want/need and almost always, they get their supply from someone else.
SMM Panels are mostly resellers of 1 or more main providers that operate on the shadows. These main providers do not take the heat/blame when something goes horribly wrong, like when a Social Network site does a major update and messing with the flows of social service goods(likes, shares, views, followers, etc). The main providers also deal in bulk, they do not have store fronts and are definitely not giving out $1 dollar reviews on forums or in the open.
One thing that is very common amongst the main providers of SMM panels is that most of these main providers only provide a handful of services. They provide the services that they are an expert at, and they sell them through an API that is connected to their backend.
So in essence, SMM Panels are just small times drug dealers selling in the open, while main providers are the main drug traffickers behind the scenes supplying all the users from each SMM Panel. The drug traffickers are always making the bulk of the profits, even if they are essentially selling their goods at super low prices. It doesn't matter because they control the pipe that generates the online oil that is Social Media services.
What to Expect from Running a SMM Panel
Headaches, headaches, and more headaches. From a distance it might look like running a SMM Panel is as simple as buy a domain, get a SMM panel script, find a source API, and profit easily. However, things are a lot different once you get your feet wet in this industry. With the amount of competition surrounding SMM panels, there are dozens if not hundreds operating in online, all attempting of distinguishing their own panel from the rest. You really need a unique selling point to succeed here, and a lot of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The customers who will buy from you will almost always ask for "reseller rates" claiming that they are going to set up their own panel, have their own customers, or going to bring you lots of orders. They will also be very cheap-stakes comparing your prices to the myriad selection of prices from the same services offered across multiple SMM panels. But that's not the worst of it, the worst is when things SHIT HIT THE FAN!
When all of the sudden your services on your panel stop working, or you get a flood of complains coming from angry customers that bought $5-25 of orders and are all raising hell with their pitcforks ready to massacre you, that's when you realize what it takes to run a SMM Panel. See, when you are not the one controlling the manufacturing of the product, and you rely on a 3rd party provider that is at the mercy of the Social Network site you are trying to sell services for, then things can get out of hand when they don't go accordingly.
You know what they say, the cheaper the client the louder they are when they start complaining. Well these cheapstakes client can wreak havoc into your whole operation, and add unnecessary stress. That's because when you promise "non-drop", "refill", "INSTANT" services and they are delivered(or sometimes not delivered) completely the opposite of what your panel was offering, then that's when you get a stampede of angry customers yelling and insulting you on your own sales thread or the open internet.
Aim to Become the next Pablo Escobar when selling SMM Services
You might be thinking "shit @Percipience are you saying that there isn't any money in selling SMM services when I see a crapload of new SMM panels every month". Well, not really, that's not what I've been saying. The REAL message I've been trying to say all along is that, is better to be a drug trafficker than a drug dealer, the risk you put into operating is the same, but the rewards are higher for the trafficker. Heck even the risks for the drug trafficker could be said that are smaller than a small time drug dealer.
Here is why, when you are a major SMM service provider for 1 or 2, or a few services, then you dictate your own prices, and you will always have a ton of SMM Panels that will need a direct connection to you. Plus, because there are not many that are able to provide this kind of service, these panels are not going to play the same game as their customers where they charge back, file a dispute or bounce to another SMM Panel when services aren't getting fulfilled.
True SMM Panels need their main providers more than they need their customers, only small SMM Panels that are starting out are complaining and whining that their provider ruined their relationship with their customers. That's because they are barely starting out and they don't have a brand established and a constant stream of new customers. Just take a look at the SMM Panels listed on this Forum, they have a shit load of bad reviews every time there is an update, but customers still come back to them to try them out.
Even if their main provider is not able to come through because of a hiccup that happened with a Social Network that disturbed the flow of Social Services to them, it won't ruin the relationship forever. And remember, established SMM Panels are not dealing in small amounts, they buy in bulk or deposit huge amounts to these main providers to establish the flow of services running through their panels.
However, it should be known that it takes a very unique and special skill to become a main provider for SMM services. It takes a very resourceful, astute, determinant individual. They have to be able to setup back-end services to their well oiled machines that generate these Social Media services. Some of these services are easy to do than others, such as doing Instagram views are a lot easier than doing Youtube views, but Youtube views have a bigger demand than Instagram views. There is a lot of money to be made here, but you need to specialize and become the main provider of a specific service, not a reseller like these SMM panels.
So, unless you want to be the next Pablo Escobar, the Chapo, Frank Lucas, or the Mencho, then don't think you are going to get rich by running a SMM panel. You need to control and supply your own product on a large scale to various SMM Panels to really make money, not selling $1-25 services that you sell on markup, and giving out $1 dollar test balances. You will be taking a crap load of Paypal disputes and chargebacks that will completely wreak your ability to take any new payments.
