Is the messenger Dust safe?

I hear a lot of information about hacking of instant messengers and social networks. I became concerned about my safety and did my research. I found an interesting new anonymous messenger.
It's Dust messenger. I found some information about him.

Both open source, security and privacy oriented and always reccomended among the people that are looking for solutions to escape data collection, to have complete control over their info and high paranoia level security. (They also have desktop variants as well, which I don't see for Dust)

Thanks for the detailed information. I read about the messenger Signal. It stores all the information on the server. I didn't like it. There is always the possibility of information leakage in this case.
I hear about messenger Wire first time. I just read information about him and immediately came across reviews of his poor work. I can't say that they are accurate. It sounds good but what I don't like is the point that it erases all data in 24 hours.. It means it can't be used for work chats if I need some information to be available for some time.

I found some information. Information about setting this parameter was very vague. Some sources say that the information is deleted anyway, other sources say that you can set up the time of removal.

Then it's better not to risk using it.. I would probably choose something else. Thanks God encrypted messengers started to appear on the market. For example echat.io seems to be quite secured.

I believe that developers of such services think about its privacy. people will not lose their time and money on something that will fail.
I never heard any complaints about this messenger and believe in its safety.

I find scam projects every day. They become very much every day. People will not waste time just like that. They will do this for a project or for scam.

Well, if your so suspicious it will be hard for you to find something you will believe in. I'm here not to promote something, it's not about that and try to advice you something, but you don't want to believe.
Then check it on your own. Then you could find something that will suit you. Google will help you.

I'm sure that it is unsafe. These messengers have all our correspondence information. I try to find a way out of this situation.

Yes, I agree.
Recently I started to use Adamant, but I don't like it's user interface.
For me it's difficult to use, but I think it's the only one safe currently.
