I believe he means your primary keywords, whether they were used in the link building.

To answer your question (& to clarify to you as well) - When it comes to link building, using 100% primary keywords WITHOUT diversification will get your site a penalty. This is not what we do. We make sure to properly diversify with many other keywords such as naked URL (with and without http://), generics (click here, more, more info, read more, continue) and so forth. Only a small % should actually be used for primary keywords, which is what we do

This is my situation for Aurarank:

I started from August with it and at the end of September my ranking for the best two keywords dissappered out the top 100. Some times they come back but they keep mostly out the top 100. Two months later I contact Google (trough the forum) asking what the hell is happening and they say they see between august and september many backlinks were made, some of them spammy, they told me if I remove them may I recover my rankings.

You all who have experience with Aurarank, is this normal? we have since the starting of October dancing and being kept mostly out the top 100. Only one keyword ranks for my home page in the fifth page... I dont see manual actions were taken, but I dont know how to check if automatic penalties were made.

Can you tell me about your experience with Aurarank and how to check for automatic penalties easily?
