I now find out that they will not refund Bitcoin and will only give you a credit. What good is a credit if your service has no use for me? What about the money back guarantee? You stated RISK FREE and MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! I did not get my money back. I got a credit. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. Risk free and money back guarantee do not mean you make stipulations buried in your TOS to deceive us.
