Scrapebox has like a .0001% focus on building backlinks directly. You can use the many tools in scrapebox to help you OBTAIN good backlinks, but its not push button simple.

Like you could scrape a bunch of blogs in your niche using scrapebox and google, then use the page authority addon or metrics checker addon and find the domains that you like, then use the contact form poster to reach out for guest posting opportunities.

I mean the possibilities are endless, but its not 2010 so its not just spray and pray any more.

For building good backlinks .try guest posting on HIGH DA and traffic sites. Blog commeting .. Social bookmarking will also work.

Scrapebox for the 5-month-old website, if you do it your website full life will be 5 months. Built backlinks manually with good relevancy, authority, and less spam.

SB was a wonder tool 10 years back, where blog comments were king back then - a simple blast would allow your website to appear on the top 10 the next day.
But with the amount of updates performed over the decade, these links are no longer effective when done automatically.
However, like what loopline has mentioned, the tool does come with many more other sub tools that are very useful and effective in finding other quality links that you can then build and add into your link profile, and that one still rock on, even after a decade.

Actually Scrapebox was never built with backlinking in mind, buliding blog comments was just a sub tool of Scrapebox. Scrapebox was built to do what it still does today, backlinking was just tossed in because a few people wanted it.

What is interesting about that, Matt, is that many people had no clue that it was not a backlink tool as much as it was a utility tool for tons of things related to backlinking.

There are probably still 700 guys on fiverr using SB to sell you XXXX blog posts for 10.00 and it takes them 4 minutes to set it up and run it when they could be using the other aspects of the tool to find outstanding backlink opportunities that are not spam and are actually valuable.

Your completely right. I forget who it was, but someone said that the dangerous thing is not trying and failing, the dangerous thing is trying and succeeding, but then not knowing what your missing. The fiverr guys don't know what they are missing because they are busy making $10.
