My PayPal have limited. I have opened that by fake information. Now they ask for Photo ID and utility bill. I know one person is selling these information in BlackHat world. Can anyone give me his post link?

One of my stealth paypal got limited before. I search some ID's and bill on internet and edit it. Then I print it and create it into real ID and Bill. I selected a company ID because it is easier to edit. They have no way of telling if its fake or not. I think they use a software to detect if documents are edited.
