I tried this method last year and ended up getting my secondary account banned. I used Nord VPN then to create the account and everything. But as you know the server load changes from time to time in VPN software, I had to choose a new server everytime I logged into the account and then suddenly during the finalization of a campaign, I was locked out and the reason I got was for privacy purpose, they can't reveal the reason for locking the account.

So, what I wanna know is do you have to use the SAME IP AND LOCATION everytime you log into your account? And I need new vcc every time?

Yes, every time you log into your account you have to use the same ip. Use a new VCC for every account you create.
