Can people upload cracked softwares into MEGA?

Hi, can anyone upload cracked softwares into mega cloud? One guy in an FB group has a good number of softwares with non-virus cracks i.e., Adobe Photoshop CC 2018, Premier CC 2018 and some other apps with cracks that have NO VIRUS. He showed the virus total screenshot and those apps are working perfectly. It seems the cracks are based on scripts and are manually modified into the registry without the need for any .exe.

Now, can he put all those softwares into a password protected rar and upload into mega.nz? And then no one and even the government or directl can file any dmca or infringement or something like that? Because the RARs are named random like asjd02fdu.rar and protected via strong password?

How will they know?

Every big Software company has a nr of their staff registred at this kind of warez groups on the internet.
Facebook groups, torrents sites etc. So in most cases they do know where pirated versions of their softwares are shared so they can take actions.

I used to use mega back in the day for direct links didn't have any issues. Unless the file is processed and checked before you upload it then it may be distributed
