1. You buy a expired domain that has good traffic going to it?

2. You setup a website and only seo the guest posting page?

3. People come and spam your gues post page and you choose which ones to allow to be seen by the public?

4. How do you make money from this?

2. There are other ways you can make money outta it, Guest Posting is just a perfect option to utilize.

RDs doesn't matter! Most of these guys look for quick metric Moz PA/ DA, Get yourself a good website with niche metrics and how much requests you'll be receiving.

Therefore people who contact you may expect a free guest post opportunity. So then when they ask, I assume you mention the price. And then only a fraction agree. But the fraction is large enough, as $50 seems like a good deal (DA over 25 or even 30?)

Yes, That's correct! You don't get have to send them away before they outreach to you. You make interest pile up.

For sure a great tip. However, I'd recommend not mentioning money or anything on these pages, however. It'll make it possible for Google to know that paid link exchanges are going on - which is against their ToS. That's a quick way to get your website in trouble.

1..My site has been up for 2 years. You can buy aged domain with good metrics still make the same thing.

3. Find a niche Targeted website Don't go generic .. Going Generic won't get you the money. Dog , Coffee , Pet are good niches

Good idea, While I search keyword niche "guest blog" , I use various keyword such as weight loss, recipe, dog, but all of them don't have search volume in google. So these kind of keywords really can bring in traffic which someone ask for links?
