Both publisher and advertisers accounts. I will be grateful for any information

You can make a account yourself at all these platforms. You do not have to buy anyones account to promote on there. Some of them may ask for your ID for verification but if you have nothing to hide - then you can send it in and start promoting your offers unless you are just a dirty cloaker thats churning and burning peoples accounts with your dirty angles

Buying native networks accounts will not make any difference in the process. So, without any hesitation you can go with it.

Before making a thread here I've made a research, and now I'm willing to BUY active and approved accounts of these networks. Your opinions are welcome, but still I know what I'm doing.

Just a note to OP. If you gonna run tech support, it's not worth it.
