So, had around 500+ GBP pending, And 200 Being pending on withdrawal into my bank account and i get hit with a limitation. I cant confirm any of the info they want. I can still send, receive, refund and withdraw however im sure they will limit me further very soon. Does anyone have a solution?

Whatever your issue is with paypal, i can tell you that the only solution is to deliver exactly what they ask for.
If you dont have a specific paper they need, make it yourself on your laptop, and print out. take a picture, and send them the pic.
That bailed me out more than once because i didnt have fresh electric bill.

Do they use a randoms photo? Not trying to get them to use mine. Besides, all my info on paypal is legit apart from age and i have a legitimate bank account connected. Is it to risky?

Should not be an issue; I've used him a handful of times for various reasons and have never had a problem with the end party that got the documents.

you have to send the documents Paypal want without sending this document you can't do anything to send it any how.or if you can refund the money where you get from if you can take that money from that man so refund it from your account.

Based on my previous experiences with them, PayPal is one of the worst payment processors, in my opinion. They're ideal for consumers and not account holders.
