The only way you should pay 15k for a 116k account is if the account is making at least $1,000 in passive income every month. This is a rare case because most IG accounts never make PASSIVE income, there's always work to be put in.

Another Reason someone may buy a 116k account for 15k, is if the account is verified, has a super rare OG name, and is making a few hundred bucks a month passively!

If the account is making NO $$$ don't waste your time at this price point.
