i want to buy instagram account for around 15000 usd

how can i safely buy it without let any chance for the old owner to restore it or hack it back ?

because even if i take the account original email , he may restore it , then hack the account

please help 15000 is not little

Buying instagram account is always risky, unless you know the client as authentic. How are you paying the client?

Thats a lot of money to invest for buying an instagram account. In my opinion you are risking a lot for that great amount of money.
Maybe ita better to invest it in a more reliable way

Instagram has a rarely used option called Recovery Codes which I only see experienced thieves taking advantage of it to get their accounts back once they've sold it.

You can read about it in Instagram's official support center here: https://help.instagram.com/1006568999411025

From my own personal experience, Recovery Codes won't change even if you change the phone number, so you have to manually reset them.

If the account is connected to a Facebook account, then you can also recover it by using an in-app option which designed for this specified purpose.

but in our country , before last instagram update, some of these account that have less than 200000 followers have income of 10,000 usd monthly

but now the economic department force these account to have license for 8,000 usd yearly

Exactly if it is a face to face and not an online transaction just sign a contract that in case the account is recovered entitles you too a 15k chargeback plus damages and that is it.

A contract won't stop a scammer. Just don't pay 15k for an account. Rather pay @proxified a few months for that money and you'll have your OWN account with probably the same amount of follower or even more. Organically grown.

10K views for a 116K account means the account is DEAD. That account isn't worth 1K!

I'll happily sell you my 126K account for 5K and it has average 100,000 views per video
