Making 1 million dollars

1. Build/grow communities
2. Turn them into platforms
3. Flip platforms for $millions$
4. Goto 1

I do not consider myself a failure for turning down a $3k/mo rodent-ridden water-damaged slum in favor of a newly built 4-bedroom home with a 2-bay garage, within commuting distance of four major cities, but I guess we just have different priorities in life.

Also, the whole point of internet marketing is that you don't need to work a 9-5, so if your choice of housing dictates your income, perhaps you should put some more effort into your IM projects.
i can live in the city and still have a house, i rather make my income bigger, then my lifestyle worse.

I don't believe that my lifestyle is any worse by living in a much cheaper home outside of city limits, and because I work for myself I took no pay cut at all.

Is there a reason you're being so critical of my decision to live somewhere that doesn't require a three-income household to pay the bills?

1M$ is joke when you can make 150M$ But only if you have steel balls, Gambling, dan bilzerian.

1. Selling subscribtion based services (software)
2. Launching digital products. Getting super affiliates to promote them.
3. Developing websites and selling in 1-2 years them for 24*monthly profit. Use profit for reinvesting in more sites. Rinse and repeat
This is the only answer that made sense in this 3-page thread. Good for you man. I'm guessing you are doing at least one of these three.

I cant stand when other people praise people like Dan Bilzerian. I do agree that he is in fact living a cool life surrounded by all these naked models, blow, booze, guns and endless money supply but the fact is that he didn't made his money himself. He just pretends that he made his money playing poker but the truth is that he is just a guy spending millions his dad made. His father is Paul Bilzerian who made his millions running financial fraud schemes. He got sentenced and fined millions. Dan might have had made some money himself by investing some of his dad's but he isn't self made at all.

Indeed, most self-made millionaires are a lot more cautious when it comes to spending huge amounts of money for things that bring little to zero value. In fact, that's what made them self-made millionaires in the first place.

Invent something that people can't live without. I would be willing to bet that my old friend, "Sweetfunny", (a BHW member who created and markets "Scrapebox") likely has become a millionaire a few times over. She has sold THOUSANDS of units of that tool to marketers across the globe.

Simple, first you make 1 billion, then spend 999 mil, now you got 1mil.

Can't go any simpler than that.

Thing these are serious ways to think about .

sorry brother, if i offended you in any way, that wasnt my intention. and no i respect your decision. did the same in the past, But living a bit expensier lifestyle forces me to keep up the IM game allways on top, its my motivation to make more. Since IM is only income i got i want it to be stable.

its true actually i buy expensive just to create an environment for me but if you stay broke you actually gonna program your subconscious mind and the results which you'll be working for will not match your subconscious conclusion hence you will give up soon that's the reason rich are becoming more rich plus they don't need fckyou money they already have it they can actually play the game !!

Today I thought , maybe there are some great methods of making my first 1$ million passing by and I do not even suspect that I am missing them. Decided to ask bhw community 1 easy question.

What came to your mind first ,when you red the headline of this thread?

I know there are many masters of humour here, but I'd like to read honest answers.

“Wants to be rich without any effort.”

Subscription-based products are the way to go. If you average 6+ months per client, you can spend way more to acquire that client then if they were to just purchase one time (i.e ecommerce)

Anything that's scale-able, just need a decent profit margin so that you can start to outsource when sales grow then you can work solely on getting more customers. Subscription based businesses are a good one but that's not the only type of business with recurring sales. I sell wholesale mainly, I sell shit to distributors who then go and sell it for me to retailers, obviously if your profit margin on retail is low then you won't be able to sell wholesale.
$1 mil in assets/cash is obviously still a good amount, probably puts you in the top 10-20% of the US but it's not really a huge amount anymore, you can make that with anything from a $100k a year 9-5 (with steady investments on top) to ecommerce to window cleaning.
