Search didn't reveal anything interesting. I'm getting back into the game and found that the GKWT is useless now.

Its all useless.

Check top 10 manual. Check content, check onpage seo. Then check backlink profiles on Ahrefs.

You see buyer keywords (best, review) filled with techradar, cnet, wirecutter etc.. stay away. You see YT videos, forum threads from 2011, social media pages etc.. jackpot.

Don't overthink it and use common sense.

I am searching also for something good, what i found so far are:

https://keywordtool.io/google
https://neilpatel.com/ubersuggest/
http://keywordshitter.com/

https://www.keywordrevealer.com/tools/keywordresearch
https://www.keysearch.co/research
https://app.kwfinder.com/

...and some others, but most of them like some of the above, are paid one. The problem is that i checked same keywords on those and they show me different results :(

Don't have experience on SEO and KW research, I am also looking for some expert suggestions.

From the free tools I like Keywordrevealer the most, has fewer limitations for the free account...

Free :
Google Keyword planner
Keywordeverywhere

Paid :

Kwfinder

Finally, I use instinct to make a valid assertion.

Analyzing competition.

Input your competitors website into SEMrush or Ahrefs. You'll find many gold nuggets in no time.

keywordeverywhere extension does the job really well...use it with google search with permutation and combination of ideas and you are gold.

Good Keyword Planner is perfect for me, Its works Great too. 2nd Option is Keyword Revealer.

I am using common sense, I want to know search volumes, not competition.

Seems to be pretty good for sure. How accurate are the search volumes though?

Pretty accurate since they come from spending adwords account fetched via api from keywordeverywhere..i have cross checked on keyword planner and they always came out accurate.

For Keyword Research, I'm using Keyword everywhere and ubersuggest.

Free
Google Keyword Planner
ubersuggest

Paid:
keywordrevealer
kwfinder

Glad you are still active today, I think I had read some of your old post from 2008 lol.
