I didnt watch it, but how were the reflectors that you can use from the earth (reflect lasers) placed if they didnt go to the moon?
There have been multiple rovers that have went to the moon, a rover can easily place a reflector on the moon. But the reflectors don't really say much, as the moons surface is already reflective and they've been bouncing lasers off the moon to measure the distance from Earth to the moon before we even decided to try and send man there.
I've found that just about all of the moon landing hoax theories rely in selective still frames from a few videos, but intentionally overlook the tens of thousands of publicly available audio and video documenting nearly every hour of every flight.
For the immense budget it would take to accurately fake so much footage, and to pay off the ~400,000 people involved, it would be far more effective to simply plant spies in the Soviet program to create delays.
They wouldn't have to pay off 400,000 people to of faked going to the moon. If 400,000 people were indeed in on the hoax a lot of people would have spoken up already.. lol, you know people can't keep their mouth shut. The people behind the theory say that it was compartmentalized. As in, only 10-15 people actually knew.. the rest of the people did think we went. As they already had all the data necessary to send back and forth to NASA already preprogrammed in the computers.. so what they were seeing being sent back was actual data from when they sent unmanned space crafts up there. As for the footage, they've already admitted that some of the footage was fake that was released to the public AFYER people pointed out inconsistencies in a lot of what they claimed was live.
We will get to there soon
I believe we'll get there soon enough, I have more faith in SpaceX then NASA.
I don't see how we could of went 50 years ago, can't return today. Even if they lost or destroyed the old technology.. which I doubt (why would you destroy the technology and all the telemetry data to the greatest achievement of mankind?), they could of been came up with new technology to surpass what was built in the 60's.
We were capable of doing what no other country has been able to do within a 10 year period, but 50 years later you telling me were unable to? Makes no sense. There is a need and a want to goto the moon again, as stated multiple times by NASA and a couple presidents. One thing to take into consideration, every other space program in the world, the furthest they've brought man to is inside low earth orbit (1,200 miles from earth) .. the moon is almost 250,000 miles from Earth, pretty big difference. Russia was way ahead of us in space tech, and admit to this day they can't send a man to the moon because the radiation belt it too much radiation for a human to go thru. Why would America fake the moon landing? Well let's see, if we failed we would look terrible to society for killing off more astronauts, also look weak compared to the Russians who beat us with everything else to that point in space travel. We supposedly got it right on our first try. That involves, taking off, flying 250,000 miles to the moon (while every other manned spaceship has only been 400 miles up), circling the moon.. shooting off the space capsule and landing it on the moon.. doing our research there for 2 days, and then taking off from the moon, and connecting to the already flying space ship that's circling the moon (meaning the timing had to be perfect, couldn't be off by even 1 second else the capsule and the spaceship wouldn't line up properly).. and then fly back to Earth
And we did this all on our first try, with no hiccups.. despite when we attempted to land them LEM on earth, we never successful were able to land it.. and that's in earth's atmosphere where it is much easier to control ->
Just think when you take an xraty, you wear a lead vest because of the radiation given off by the xray machine. Just to give you an example of the difference a xray gives off .1 mSv, a CT scan gives off 7 mSv.. the radiation belts give off between 25 -50mSv of radiation. Without the proper shielding 5 mSv is a deadly dose for a human. Apollo didn't use lead vests, or anything remotely close to protect the astronauts and had spend close to 2 hours flying thru the radiation belts. Astronauts that flew the space shuttle, which was developed decades after Apollo, which didn't even pass thru the belts, said they felt symptoms from all the radiation such as flashing in their eyes when they close them and repeated headaches.. and this was just in low earth orbit, with better protection then Apollo.. but yet the astronauts that flew on the Apollo missions weren't even sure if they went thru the belts and felt no symptoms whatsoever. Doesn't really add up, even to the biggest skeptic. They're trying to come up with a newer technology that helps protectst future astronauts by surrounding the space capsule with water and some other things.
As I said before, I believe we did eventually make it to the moon.. just not when, and how we said we did in 69.
