Initial installation = Wordpress installation on your server.(hosting).

I ordered 3 WP PBN sites last Thursday. It took less than a week for delivery. :D Each site has a distinct theme with different plugins, basic pages, linking to related insta and FB or twitter accounts, logos and starter 500-word article with photo. One was written really well and has a killer logo. I think I could probably use it for starter affiliate site with little extra work. The other two are perfectly functional as PBNs and good value for the money. Thank you, @Biswas Marketing. :)

Exactly what I needed. Installed nice themes, custom logo's as well as plugins and great starter articles.

So far I think he has done around 70 of these for us, perfect every time. Will be our go to guy for every blog we start, A1 service!
 
Ordered one site on Monday and it was completed yesterday. Site looks good, has nice little features such as an emailing list, featured books and other little touches which I would of probably oversaw while building PBNs.
