Great photos. I used to drive a beetle a few years back:

Ended up selling it because restoring it became too expensive.

That reminds me, there's an older Volkswagen Beetle for sale around the corner of my house. It looks like it's in decent condition (well, cosmetically at least), but I don't want to deal with a second car, so I didn't ask the owner about it.

They are really easy to work on; that might be a nice little project for you if it needs and mechanical work actually.

I've owned at least 5 of them back in the day and if I could work on them you most certainly can.

Yeah, that's what I've heard about them.

I'm just trying to avoid getting an extra car as it'll make it difficult for me to move in the future.
