I have 57 clicks but do not sell
How can I attract people to buy

if you're still keen on direct linking, make sure you appeal to their pain points
like, why would somebody want to lose weight?
Because they want to improve their looks, or to have a more healthy lifestyle to enjoy their time with their friends and family (and not die suddenly of a heart attack)

Remind them of why they're seeing your ad. Because they are trying to solve a problem, and you can offer the solution in a easier way than the mainstream methods they might have tried already. You'll have to do some research to know your public and find a good angle.

Pick good quality products, Make a website with desire keywords, rank on search engine. It's a passive income. Also, use google and bing ads.

I think 57 visits are too low, you should increase your visitors and also work on Landing page to increase the conversion, but you need to increase the visitors on your site, it has around 2% conversion rate, if you are not targeting money keyword

direct linking ok, but heavly used in spamming websites with groups and comments with bots.

landing page is needed, this is to get the user to buy .

you need to make a good landing page, you can usally use the afflicate images and wording.

then use a good writter to use bait keywords to get sales .

all you need to do is make the traffic think that the product is somethink they need badly in there life.

real reviews from places like amazon and ebay can help placed as images on the page ...(( make sure to add there name to the statements so your not saying it your statement..))

what ever you do make sure all images , video and articles are all yours ...

no copywrite infringement.

on the legal page always write, the owner who owns the images or videos or wording on this website can request via email to have there work deleted please send proof in email .

Avoid direct linking. Use good landing pages and split test 2-3 different landing pages and measure which performs better. Also 57 clicks is too low, especially in a competitive weight loss category...
