i owe facebook money HELP

P.S I have around 15 ad accounts now, all on -£200, I just burn accounts and make new paypal with new card. Works like a charm
my IP is flagged , everytime i create a new facebook account , i had that verification then the account is disabled , what should i do please ?

lol facebook dont care dude, they literally have not contacted me in over 2 year, after 7 year any debts are written off in the UK, they are billionaires.

Google however contacted me after 1 month to demand payment.

It is only illegal if you plan to defraud them, that is not my plan.

If you intend not to pay then that is intentional and would be considered theft/fraud.
Just because they haven't chased you for the money yet, doesn't mean they won't.

Completely lost with this. You are making a fraud, though. And you can expect them to react in 7 years so, there's a chance/
