The guy I get mentions from is pretty slow, can take up to 4 days. Does anyone know someone that is quicker? One of my clients wants to promote his clothing brand and wants to tag in 40k followers of his competitor! (bet the results will be awesome).

I do not try to lead people to potentially get scammed as i take my rep serious on here.

This guy moves in silence from my understanding and if he does business with you or anyone, then it's a good thing.

To inspect this guy a little more, i searched his name on google, and it seems he has ties with this guy named Boonk Gang?

Not too sure who that is but isn't he a rapper or something? Lol.

One guy on here wanted to work with this guy and even wanted the program he was using for alot of money... more than 2k let's say for example but he kept dodging and needing more info till i gave him everything he wanted, even proof of the program and the guy using it for a few seconds and then backs out cause he wanted a free trail of the program, and my connect didn't want to give it cause that's how he got scammed before, so in the end, there was no conclusion and a lot of time was wasted, he even wanted mentions for a very cheap price in which the price my connect was giving him was already reasonable to begin with.

All that time wasted, we where at it for 3 hours.... ugh what a waste. Please if your not serious and are too afraid to take risk, then don't bother, cause time is more important than all that, and whats life without risk's anyway??

Boonk Gang is an internet personality who would do dumb shit like film himself going into McDonald's and hop over the counter and just fuck shit up in front of the employees and run away. All to go viral. After he lost his original instagram account that had 4 million followers which was allegedly making him $200k a month (I'm sure the income was relevant to the topic of this thread) he shot himself in the leg TWICE for internet attention to get his followers back up. Then he got into drugs pretty bad and passed out during a live interview from being so high and is now trying to clean himself up and be a rapper. Changed his name to John Gabbana

I bring this up because he is very much in the same "world" as xxxtentacion was, so I am noticing a pattern here. There seems to be a high profile network in rap/hip hop world selling this mention bot service via their verified accounts. This corner of rap world is often online referred to as the "scammer" generation as they're known for taking people's identities and running up other people's capitol one credit cards. This is all very interesting to me as I have clients in hip hop..

Also, the account mentioned in the first post engaging in this trick @first.in.lastout is an NFL football player for the Washington Redskins

It appears these celebrities are leveraging their verified accounts for this new mention thing, knowing that Instagram is unlikely to flag their abuse due to their high profile popularity. Maybe that's how Boonk lost his original IG account though...

The guy i just met seems to be legit and showed me how he works and everything, and he is not a verified person on IG but he had an account of like 567k followers until it got banned for posting nudes by mistake.

He also seems to know some famous people as he has worked on some of there accounts threw mentions.

I already got a sale for him and if things go well i might try to find a way to make this something even more special than it already is but still trying to get more info out of the guy.

And PS: He doesn't know that site's like these exist.... Lmao. So if all goes good i'm gonna find a way... to.... hmmm, i'll keep it to myself for now

IG put a limit on verified accounts for mentioning over 2 weeks ago. Probably because of all the hacked accounts that were being used for spam. Thats why when you were talking about your boy and his service earlier, I was wondering wth are you talking about? Those dudes screwed verified accounts up by hacking all them accounts and then spamming on them. I dont know what the rate limit is set at for verified accounts, as I've never had one.. but the 2 guys I know that used to obtain them, they both said their limited. If they had a few of them, I guess they could switch accounts prior t o the rate limit, but the accounts will still get flagged.

All that stuff he said about those celebrities is true. XXX got killed in florida like a month ago, it was all over the internet. Boonk Gang has been an internet celebrity turned rapper over the past 18 months. All those accounts that were doing the huge mentions, like 1m in 1 comment are from superstars and celebrities.. their accounts were just hacked, and or they fell for a phishing scam. It wasn't the celebrities doing the mentioning. Thats why the accounts only lasted a couple days, and you would see the normal user back on his account days later. No one that was doing the mentioning from verified accounts actually owned those accounts.. they were taken. thas why the mention service from those accounts weren't always consistent. There are still services that offer mentions from regular accounts, but it wont be from 1 single account like as if it was verified. It will be from multiple regular accounts, bypassing the regular rate limit.

I've been doing mentions for about a month now, as I had a member from here build me a mention bot that bypasses the rate limit in exchange for telling him how to do it, and I can tell you unless you're doing 50k-100k at a time.. you're not going to get a great response, because it comes off like spam. It's basically the same as getting spam email, thats how people treat it. The accounts tend to get reported quickly, but it will bring a quick burst of traffic. The strategy I use that I find the most effective is, only mentionig people within your already grown IG network(your current followers) who are used to seeing your content. When you tag random people who arent following you already, thats when you get a negative response. I find it works better for boosting your engagement, and not so much followers.. unless you're doing it on a 500k or better scale. I average 150-200k mentions daily now, and the increase in engagement is up in the 70% range from when I just do regular follow and unfollow. Best way to describe it is like an add-on to something you already have going on, but doing it on a small scale 5k-10k, you wont get the response you're hoping for.

All verified account that were doing mentions was NFL player's account which were hacked (it's easy to hack NFL player's account, as they have low followers, instagram doesn't get to know that its hacked)
These accounts sell for $1500 in black market
