No, this isn’t going to be a thread about how to hold your teacup, or which fork you should use to eat a salad. This is about what we expect from you as a member of this forum, and what we will not tolerate. Having a laugh and a joke is all well and good, but first and foremost this is a place for business, and it’s definitely no place for racism, sexism or trolling.
So what do we expect from a BHW member?
A BHW member will always remember the difference between a joke and trolling.
It’s subtle, but important. A joke is funny, trolling is taking something that was once funny and turning it into bullying. Learn where the line is. A good rule of thumb is to talk to people the way you want to be spoken to yourself. If you can't take the banter, don't dish it out.
A BHW member will always think before they post.
Consider the future of your account and how you want to be perceived on the forum before posting. If you don’t want to be associated with certain tactics, don’t post about them. You are responsible for what you post on this forum, don’t take that responsibility lightly.
A BHW member will always take part in the community.
Don’t just try to game everything. We’re here for "ethical" black hat stuff. So you can game the algorithms, game the search engines, game the opportunities but don't attack another person and don’t attack the forum that enables this community.
A BHW member will always ensure their posts are relevant to the subject of the thread.
Try not to derail conversations with random interjections. Sometimes conversations will take a tangent but it's disrespectful to the OP if you don't keep your posts on topic. If you have something unrelated that you really want to say, start your own thread elsewhere. No hijacking.
A BHW member will always use the ‘Like’ button.
Instead of spamming threads with thank you posts, use the like button at the bottom-right hand corner of each post.

Don’t try and boost your post count with “thank you” messages for every member who posts something useful. It’s isn’t as flattering as you’d think. It’s much more constructive to add your insights or ask a genuine question, and use the ‘Like’ button to show appreciation.
A BHW member will always follow the rules. It’s as simple as that.
It all comes back to the three commandments that @Impulse laid out. Don’t sell, don’t spam, and don’t be a dick.
