Question about AWS free tier vps.

It's stated in their documents that I can only use 15GB of data transfer every month. What does this mean? Does this means that I can only download/upload with 15GB and if I exceed that amount I will be charge?

It will say in their ToS what will happen if you go over that amount, either a charge will be incurred or your service will be cut off.

The 15GB transfer will be inclusive of upload and download.

yes they charge if you go above this quota. I paid many times in free tier as i have exceeded their monthly quota.

Those are for only basic work. I used to do only video editing on this VPS after i got some invoices from them. Before i used to upload videos using their VPS. But now only video editing and i didn't recieve any invoice from them as it comes within their monthly quota

Dude I can't even get after effect to run on that shit. Even my 5 years old crap is 10 times more powerful than that.

Thats why people buy aws accounts, use there best vps and throw it away after a month and buy a new account

It is everything that the VPS downloads or uploads, this includes what you upload to it or what it gets from anywhere on the internet. Everything it does outside of it's own VM will add on to it's bandwidth used amount.
