I need some SEO help here regarding drops in my ranking

Hello guys,
From August monthI lost my whole ranking for almost all of my main keywords. Is there any one who can help me with this?
I want to know what happened at this date I lost most of my ranking in just a day

Yes in August was quite big Google update. I also lost rankings on two of my mns websites from 1st and 2nd place, they were thrown away on 5th page. Google still dancing, but for my luck they are back in top 10 results.

My advice is to wait sometime, in meanwhile you should check website backlinks profile and on-page seo. Feel free to pm if you need some more help.

Recent google update talks about trust factor, so by increasing trustworthy of your site you can retain your rankings again. Health niche sites are much affected by this update.

Yes I forgot to say... To be honest both my sites are not a a trustworthy and their backlinks profile and complete seo are quite poor. So keep in mind that always will born some competitor.

Try to disavow spammy links in Google webmaster. (https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/disavow-links-main)

If it will not help you within next 1-2 months - need to build more trustworthy on your website. I can recommend try to use PR distribution, Guest Posting on relevant websites and diversify your backlinks anchors.

If you know that you have got mistakes in on-site optimization - try to change something there.
Do not use too much keywords on it. Do text for people, not for search engines.

Also I can recommend you to check:
1. robots.txt
2. htaccess
3. google webmaster console. (here you can find notifications about blocks and errors)
4. Check meta tags. Maybe you are using same tags on all site.

Make all recommendations - and it should help.

Google update at August has made quite an impact. Health sites ranking were greatly affected. But it takes some time to get stable results. So wait for some time. However in the meantime pay attention to your on page and offpage Optimisation.
