Add new card to PayPal

My PayPal account had been limited for 180 days and recently I received an email that says I'm eligible to withdraw funds on my PayPal account. But the problem is I have added a Master Card instead of Visa card before the account getting limited. Since I can withdraw funds now, I tried adding a new card but there's an error popup saying "We’re sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." How to solve this? Please help me

At bottom of your PayPal summary page, you can find "Contact and Help". You can contact them through the phone ask for a solution and definitely, they will help you.

Just contact the PayPal support and tell them to transfer money another account .... that's been work for you... cheers!

Contact PayPal support they have a really good service they solved all my issues in the past of limited accounts
