Some people become millionare too late and take their wealth to the grave without memories of enjoying it because they lived unhealthy/were stressed all the time.

I am interested in what do you guys implement into your daily routine to live a long, happy and healthy life to be able to enjoy the riches to the fullest? Do you have a special routine you follow? Do you take a special anti-aging supplement to live over 100 years?

I workout, sleep and eat healthy. Also injecting steroids too since as far as i know they keep me young. Also a consistent and safe life is very important for me too. Excited about the NAD anti-aging pills that are hopefully coming out soon.

I don't think steroids will help keep you young. Quite the opposite for the most part. Especially if you don't do things 100% perfectly.

As long as you don't get addicted and only do minimal doses yearly for a few weeks it only should have positive effects. Never take it orally. Most of the time men get addicted and think they can handle more doses.

If you are 21, then you are too young for that stuff man. Unless you have too low testo. You will regret it at older age when you realize that you need the steroids, because you have messed up your own production - while you were healthy!

My tip is laying off it, even if you are competing. It messes with a brain and body that is still developing. Let it do what it was designed to do.

Myself I lift weights and hike in the forest whenever I get the chance.

Just be careful then. Injecting doesn't project your heart. Make sure you don't get shutdown, and if you do, you properly recover. Do your research. Buy from reputable places.

Staying fit and healthy is important. Working out when I get a chance, walking every day and running often too.
Eating fruit and vegetables, trying to put sweets like chocolate aside but, not really succeeding right now.

I'm far away from drugs etc, would never ever use steroids or anything that could harm my body.
The closest to that is face cream, and one should be picky about those too :)
So, I think keeping body healthy the natural way is smarter.

You use headspace for meditation? Or some other method?
First try to understand what is mediation before using any technique to do it. I will say I am a beginner to the first requirement itself.

I've dug deep into meditation. Been into professional course, and have lots of experience.

I plug in headphones with a meditation track and it seems to keep me cheerful.

But as the tracks are no less than 30 minutes, I don't always find motivation to go the tracks.

So I was planning on moving onto headspace as the tracks are less lengthy.

How do you go about meditating?

damn bro dont use steroids, I used them for a while and then had a lot of issues with health and my doctor said that steroids inevitably will sooner or later cause heart attack. Indeed, my heart feels so much older and I regret doing the juice :(

For fitness: Try to deadlift everyweek +5kg than the last week. And don't go home if u don't do it.
Let me know what is the max u will acheive.
Things like that will let u young/strong for a long time.
Try the meditation/praying... To relax
Try to help other people

Quick tips

1. Lifting heavy weights/cardio or HIIT. Also I like to surf when I can.
2. I try to stretch every morning + take a cold shower
3. Try to meditate once/day
4. Eat very healthy and also take magnesium supplements + protein shakes. (Magnesium is a great supplement, I recommend everyone to look into it - it also raises testosterone AT OP).

Also am working on beating a porn addiction. Overall I'm very happy with my current life. Looking into joining a yoga class too.

Doing this daily does cut into my work time, however I feel it's necessary to feel motivated and keep your thinking cap in shape for new ideas. I could easily sit on my ass and work 16h days and eat junk food, but in the end it doesn't work as well as taking care of yourself.

Anyone familiar with the "5 tibetan rites"? Is it worth trying?

That's what my mate thought about heroin. Then goes from a business owner with a wife to a tracksuit wearing crack smoking waster living in the YMCA
