So what? All active accounts are ruled by current ones, no matter when an account is created.
Anything else would make no sense. I still don't get it.

Do we have any actutal proof this is true? It would be nice to know for it sure if there is disagreement on this. Why shouldnt the new rules apply for all accounts?

There is no proof. I was just explaining to the person above the point.
I'm not sure what to believe in, honestly. I would go with a new, fresh account and slowly use it more and more.
If you use it carefully, I think it will be fine.

With ip reset (Home Ip) u can easy create Accounts and some of them stay alive, if a Account get mobile verification request, delete them directly but normal u can create unlimited with ip reseting BUT u need a dynamic ip.. or your ip didnt change after reseting inet.
Better Method is like mine.
U buy residential ips from a good quality provider, i use one provider from bhw, f4cking expensive but i created 500 accounts and they are still alive after 5 Days of botting Get crazy Traffic.

Yea old accounts being ruled by old rules makes 0 sense, sorry. Sure, as I said they have certain privileges (might allow for more aggressive settings with less warming up), but they are ruled by the same algortithm.
Also to the OP: Just create them by hand if you have no other means. Enable the proxy and then create the account (preferably through the app).
