US Bank Account for Non US

wow...that's a lot of info. At the end, I think I should try Transferwise.

Regarding Payoneer, it was great for me but problem is that now Paypal no longer access their accounts :-(

The reason why i need US bank account is to use Paypal legally and without any limitation ( as my country is not supported Paypal ). Although still there is a problem with the ID verification issue when it'll be limited :-(
