You can get one with Payoneer I believe, although it's not really yours but you can use it to withdraw money

I had few, but all of them now removed and now Paypal now do not allow them :-(

Try Stripe, They Offer this service, Quite Pricey but definitely worth.

I have 3 US Bank accounts from Payoneer and all of them added to paypal, all of them working well. No issues so far whatsoever. Also have one DE account for accepting SEPA payments aswell.
Don't know why people have issues with Payoneer bank accounts as I never had any.

As already suggested, you can use TransferWise. After the KYC checks you can open a US (Dollar) account where you get access to;
- Wire Routing Number
- ACH Routing Number
- Account Number
These are all unique, however the banking address is not so that may be an issue. What do you need a US account for?

You can open an account if you're physically in US, there's no SSN or EIN needed.
You do need an address and a bill to your name confirming you live by that address, then you can change to paperless, so no mail comes in.
Theoretically, you can ask a US friend (whom you visiting) to add your name to a bill.
Each account being checked, though if you don't deposit over 10k cash right away it won't raise red flags.

As one of the other people said, much depends on what your purpose would be in obtaining a bank account in the USA. I am in Canada and so I can only tell you my own personal experience, which was attempting to obtain a USA bank account for a Canadian merchant. First of all, I can tell you that obtaining a USA bank account if you do not have a USA SIN has become way harder than it was even 3-4 years ago. There seem to be fewer and fewer banks in the USA that will do this now. We tried all kinds of banks, and finally found a bank that would provide the account - it was U.S. Bank in Seattle. However, we needed a physical location in the USA, USA Tax ID (EIN number), and USA company (LLC). The tax ID is easy to obtain, but the other things cost money so you would want to be sure you found a bank that will provide the account before you spend the money to set up a company and an office rental agreement. There are service providers out there that will set up your company for you, file the annual reports, tell you the cheapest and simplest states to set up your company, etc. There are also service providers that will provide you with a virtual office with a physical address, telephone number and mail/phone forwarding service, for something like $100 per month.

Hi VKMedia - I think the fees would depend on where you set up the company so I can only tell you my own experience. I found a service provider called Incorporate.com and they set up a company in Nevada for us. I think the fee was something like $1000 to set up the company, then every year after that the annual renewal is around $800. For the office rental we found a company called Opus Virtual Offices and they provided the physical address, telephone number and mail/voice mail forwarding service for about $1100 per year. There are probably lots of other companies like this that provide similar service if you searched around on the internet, but at least this will give you a rough idea of the costs.
