Facebook $250 threshold farmed accounts?

I have this seller claiming to sell $250 threshold fb accounts. Is this a scam or real?

FB Started with $25 I Believe, so you should see $25, $50, etc Till $250
It should be at least few months payment,,,,
But i saw people even in the form here selling it

I`m a victim of this. My account was farmed and some dickhead used my account to run their ads! they used 230usd but thanks to my bank they saw something was fishy about it and they cancelled all my payments. Now my ads account has an outstanding balance and FB have not done anything about it yet.

I wish I could hit them back

probably hacked into my fb account then went into the ads account, run an ad with their links and everything....so it was all on my bill

shit effing happens
fb billed it to my account but my bank rejected it so I`m not paying for shit
I have sent support reqs many times since aug 24. but as you can guess they are very slow.
I will probaby cancel my cc (right now it is closed to all internet transactions) and get a new one and open up a new ads account so fb can shove the old ads account up in their hole.
