Threads on BHW getting rejected, please help me understand the reason

Hi as evident I am very new member of BHW but I have been following BHW from a long time and I love it.
Recently I submitted a thread in Joint Venture section about my proposal to work with some marketer to work with me. I am an android and game developer.

But my thread got rejected.

Am I missing something here? Does posting in JV requires some more posts or a high rank?
I have read Newbies threads and abide by them to my fullest memory.
Please help me find the reason for rejection.
