I have severe depression and anxiety. I tried all type of medication but medicine are not working for me at all. My mind is continuously thinking and it does not even stop while sleeping. I post the thread previously too here and on advice by a member, I tried St. John wort but now that's not working too.I daily do yoga for half an hour and 1 hour brisk walking in the evening. Please help me
Yeah, all that exercise, yoga, St Johns Wort or anything you can find on some shitty ad rev top 10 site suggests
doesn't work for those of us who have severe anxiety as a mental health problem, it only works for normal people who just have anxiety over a test or work or something. The owners of those sites post them for one reason only, they're the type of people who are on this website, they post that niche because
we search for it and we visit their site and make them ad revenue. (Not saying that in a bad way)
I've had anxiety all my life, I was pretty much born with it, dropped out of school because of it, and in recent years it has gotten 100x worse thanks to some post traumatic stress. It's fucked. I can't go anywhere without getting a full on anxiety attack in the car these days. Though it was worse in the whole year of 2016, anxiety attacks every day and night, felt weak as shit because the constant anxiety attacks and vomiting took everything out of me, couldn't sleep in my own bed (was sleeping on the couch for a good few months)... I'm far from that now as time heals all wounds, and I now know that it could be worse than what it is currently.
I've gotten into this thing over the counter called "Rescue Remedy" and "Rescue Pastilles" by a company called Bach. It doesn't stop your anxiety or anything, but when I feel on edge like I'm about to have an anxiety attack, I have some of that and it helps prevent it about 40% of the time.
There's no easy cure for anxiety, if any at all, it's a part of us. But I find that winning puts me sort of "on a high" which temporary fixes the depression part, which does reduce the amount of anxiety I had when I went to bed. Like, last night my site made it's first "sale" with ad-manager and I was happy and excited for that because I had finally seen that it works. My suggestion to you is to work at stuff, try some of the money making methods on here. Maybe you just need a win, something to look forward to, something else to have on your mind and push the anxiety stuff to the back.
I like to work on my websites and stuff because I'm fully focused on it and don't think about anything else other than that. That's all we can do, try to suppress it.
And the words of Sonny Crockett keep me sane, "It's like life. You just gotta keep telling yourself - No matter how hot it gets, sooner or later there's a cool breeze coming in".
