Really depends on the programs and countries you want to work with. In Europe the really reliable ones are Affiliate Window (merged with Zanox), Tradedoubler, Webgains and Tradetracker. For the US: Commission Junction (CJ), Flexoffer, Skimlinks and Linkshare.

Hey everyone,

I typically work with US finance traffic (e.g. payday, personal, installment, debt consolidation, MCA etc.). and have sold traffic to Round Sky and Max Bounty on Rev Share CPA . I've seen decent conversions with Max, but a bit higher with RS. Aside from that, the consulting my RS AM offers was a bit more thorough as well.

Whichever niche you choose I suppose.
