What could be wrong with PayPal credit card verification??

Hello, its been more than 48hours now since i linked my credit card for verification, but it still hasn't been verified and my money was deducted ($1.95)

It's probably related to the fact that you're using a card that expires in only a few days. Try using an updated card instead, and contact support if you still have issues.

Can i receive fund even without it been verified??

PayPal, since that is the topic here.

You must enter some codes from the CC statement to manually verify that card. Paypal itself only deducts some dollar or so, nothing else..

Have you checked your CC statement? Call the bank or online (if possible), there is a code you need to enter on PP verification page.
I used VCC so I can get the code in just minutes.
