I hope they fail, but some companies have trademarked colour combinations, so nothing surprises nowThey should be hammered just for trying they clearly didn't come up with lol. It would set us on a dangerous path if they can trademark words or phrases or text talk.
I came here to do that.
Someone needs to stop this. Trademark the word trademark so that no one can use it.That is ridiculous, like somebody trying to trademark the word Apple. Oh wait ...
Judgement from the judge will be brief " It made even me laugh" followed by a free to use LOL.I hope they do, ever.
That won't stop them from trying.I’m pretty sure the TM will only apply to the context it is used in.
