I hope they fail, but some companies have trademarked colour combinations, so nothing surprises now

I have an established brand, with a trademark registered in 2014, and in 2017 a German bicycle manufacturer tried (unsuccessfully) to seize my domain for their new (non-trademarked) brand of bicycles.
