What's the niche within adult? When you determined that, you can promote accordingly. If it's dating, try dating offers. If it cams, try sites like Chaturbate or relevant offers on Crakrevenue, Adverten etc. 34.5k link clicks per day is pretty damn good for an account with 50k followers. Make sure that you don't spam your followers though, you don't want to lose the account.
