How to make money with twitter ?

You should look into Shopify to sell stuff and use twitter to advertise it.

You can affiliate marketing links on twitter. Firstly, try to increase your followers and then you can keep sending tweets on twitter.
 
Well seems like you've found a way to make money from your account. I 've got one question. How did you grew your account to 50k? I tried Twitter. I created a profile of a hot girl and was following and unfollowing. This way I was growing my account slowly I'd also post some adult content. But had a hard time getting conversions.
 
You can try affiliate network. Join few, share the products in your niche and profit of that.

I once got a account to 10k followers by following people and then unfollowing the unfollowers my ratio was like 10k followers to 8k followed before I gave up, took me like 5 months
