There is a bot in the marketplace called Diabolic Traffic Bot that has some pretty good reviews and is only like $20. I've never tried it but was browsing through there recently.

If you just want eyes on your content, I've also used EasyHits4U in the past. It's a traffic exchange so it will cost you time instead of money.

Would stay far away from diabolic, the support is quite slow or non-existing.

Jingling is good (limited to 10,000minutes per day use.)
