Interested in this service, though I am looking for some discounts as Google really fu**ed my website in the recent update (so not generating any revenue )

First of all, Peter knows his stuff well! He is very friendly and approachable, asides from that, the report received were great.
I checked the links, they are HIGH DA/TF sites along with high quality blog, web.2.0, press release, and many more.
Even google picked some of the blog up when I did an anchor text keyword search, article in the blogs are well-written with research and close relevant to your website.
Report on the website is detailed, I can tell it is not automated, easily worth the money there. Peter is always there to help if you have any questions along.
