So i am on the shopiy partner website, but i can't see any mention of "no charge until 50 sales".
Can anyone confirm if this is true or not, that you don't have to pay monthly fee until 50 sales?

Yes it is. The only drawback of it is that you cannot use paid addons without getting a plan.
