Are you going to support users or just pass them on for the sale? You can get reseller hosting packages for cheap, but then if someone has a problem they call you. You can go with Godaddy and they do everything (have support phone numbers for your users to call). Then Godaddy sends you a check. I use them in my 9-5 for hosting and SSL certs.
the other option is you can write an article on how to setup a blog. Recommend hosting like bluehost, hostgator, get and put in your refferal links. Show them how to setup Cpanel and configure their Wordpress install. Then maybe link to some wordpress templates that give you a kickback.
