Received a review copy from seller. For the price, this is great deal.

Used a free theme, but it was one of the better ones out there and nice mix to prevent footprints. Setup some plugins as well and newsletter signup as well. Site also had logo, identity/team, as well as terms and privacy policy (if that matters to you). Sample ads placeholders inserted for reference. Footer also removed. Good looking site overall, especially considering the price and time it saves me.

Restored content from wayback as well. Missed some of the top links but I can add those in easily. Great value for the price and will be using again in the future.
