I need help to remove the cloaking issue on y website.

It runs via prestashop plataform and having this issue that i need correction.

I made some tests of my website on cloaking site checkers, and all of them said that my site are cloaking, so the scoring of my site goes down.

Because this i want to remove this issue.

It's possible that your site was hacked and have some rules to redirect part of traffic.
Years ago, one of my sites was affected in same way.
Please check modification date of your files.

If you didn't do anything related to cloaking on your site then it's most likely to be a virus\hack.
You can go to Google search console to find more information
