Sorry - i missed your other post. But yes, i have people from all over using it (including india) running either local offers, or USA offers. Some use my course to make their our direct business deals with local business (even though my course is not made for that) but all the learnings can be used to do as as such.

I would say this is far less saturated than any other affiliate offers/methods out there - since its the only one that is really different in the way of conversions. As well if you find its competitive, try another offer (there are so many niches out there) as well get creative with your long tail keywords.
