Sample sent. Yes you can replace the PBNs. If you have concerns with using PBNs, then we usually use tier-2 PBNs which take the heat, if any, off your page- so next to no chances of any penalties.
Otherwise you can take a pick from any of the other properties available in the package to substitute the PBNs.

i have ordered Soul Links from OP 1 or 2 months ago for my subpages and here are my analysis:
communication: @PbnGeek is referred to me by my good friend @WebMinati and all i can say is that he is knowledgeable enough to be trusted with the strategy. indeed, very very knowledgeable. he even help me and answer some questions about things that bothers me. thanks man!
report: he send to me the report on a timely manner, provided i ask for it to be drip feed which he did accordingly. the report came with the different processes on each tab and one huge handsome face of his! this is what im talking about, a simple report that has different tabs - this will help clients to understand more what they are getting and not a report that's given on a single excell/txt with no tab at all! great work on this!
links made: i randomly check the links that was build, a lot of contextual links can be found here. i may have problem with some of the links being dead but he is quick on replacing them with a new one.
ranking: one of my subpage is slowly going up - from page 6 now on page 3! ranking slowly is the key here since it tells Google that this page is trustworthy. i think ranking slowly will benefit you in the long run once you hit the first page.
needs improving: i told OP that there is nothing i think i wish to change on his report but he insist to tell him so he can improve his service more so here it goes: i think the NAP should only be one and not random address and phone? IMO this will help if the NAP is all the same, right?
verdict: overall OP did a great job on this. Very Good service and top notch support. I will definitely order again from him. 9.9/10 (.1 is for the NAP )

About the NAP that you suggested- It is well and good if you are only aiming for a particular locale but when you want to appear on the local rankings for other places- where you do not have a geographical store- NAP listings can help you rank and get some local business to your site when you appear on the search results due to your local listings in that are

YouTube rankings don't work like that.
If you want to rank it on Google then you have to have 3 things.
1) video in serp. (Which there is)
2) it should rank high on YouTube (which you have to do it by optimizing and views)
3) link building.
I can provide the 3rd.
You can make a medium or blogspot blog with embedded video and we will embed the video on the stack and also link to the medium article.
Already getting some good results for my clients with this strategy.
