[help] getting JV thread live

Is there are Mod that can help me get my JV thread live? I am waiting for like 3 days already and I dont know why. Usually it took only few hours. Any help please?

The clock starts anew when a staff member gets a response to a question and a day or so is not long at all to wait for an approval especially on a weekend.
